1. Vehicle Delivery

  • Delivery Area: Currently, we offer vehicle delivery services within Mumbai and selected regions across Maharashtra.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 10 business days from the date of full payment and completion of registration & documentation.

  • Registration Requirement: No vehicle will be delivered without valid registration. Please ensure all required documents are submitted on time to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Process

  • Once the payment is completed and the vehicle is registered, our team will coordinate with you for a scheduled delivery date and time.

  • You can also opt for in-store pickup at our showroom if preferred.

  • During delivery, customers must:

    • Present a valid government ID

    • Sign the delivery confirmation

    • Verify the vehicle details (model, color, chassis number, etc.)

3. Home Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery may be available within a limited radius of our showroom (based on promotional offers or eligibility).

  • For locations outside our free delivery zone, nominal delivery charges will apply based on distance and vehicle type.

4. Delays or Rescheduling

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to:

    • RTO processing time

    • Model availability

    • Weather conditions or transport issues

  • In such cases, our team will promptly inform you and reschedule the delivery.

5. Shipping of Accessories (if applicable)

  • Any bike accessories or add-ons purchased separately may be shipped via courier or delivered during vehicle handover.

  • Delivery timelines for accessories may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on availability.
