1. Vehicle Sales – Return & Refund

  • No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted once the vehicle is registered and delivered to the customer.

  • As per industry standards and RTO guidelines, registered vehicles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • We advise customers to verify the model, color, variant, and features before confirming the purchase or making a full payment.

2. Booking Cancellation

  • Vehicle bookings can be cancelled before registration or delivery.

  • In case of cancellation, a booking cancellation fee may apply. The exact deduction will depend on the brand, model, and booking terms.

  • Any refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

3. Insurance Policy Refunds

  • Insurance policies once issued are generally non-refundable as per IRDAI regulations.

  • In case of double payments or errors, customers may request a refund within 48 hours, and we will coordinate with the respective insurance provider for resolution.

4. Accessories & Add-Ons

  • Accessories purchased along with the vehicle are non-returnable after installation.

  • In rare cases of a defective accessory (unopened or unused), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed through the same mode of payment used during purchase.

  • You will receive an update via SMS or email once the refund is initiated.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
